At Attic Ease, we are committed to ensuring your purchases reach you safely and efficiently. Here's an overview of our shipping policy:

• Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all Attic Ease Ladder Pull System Kits.
• Standard Shipping: Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours (Monday - Friday) using UPS Ground. Our standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days.

Tracking Information: You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us by using our "Contact Us" page.

Lost or Damaged Items: If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. If a package is delayed or tracking stops updating, we will initiate a formal investigation with the shipping carrier (UPS/USPS/FedEx). Please note that we must allow the carrier to complete their official search investigation (which typically takes 8–10 business days) before we can issue a replacement or a refund. We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we will manage the claim process to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
